Limau Kasturi / Lime

Limau Kasturi / Lime in Mummy's "garden".
Kegunaan Limau Kasturi:
1. Air Limau Ais - sedap diminum pada hari panas
2. Teh O Ais Limau
3. Perah jus limau ke atas Ikan Kering
4. Perah jus limau ke atas sambal belacan - the correct way of having lime juice with sambal belacan.
5. Perah jus limau dalam cencaluk
6. Jus limau + sambal belacan + air asam jawa = samnbl cecah utk ikan bakar
7. Belah limau. Letak asam boi/asam kecut di antaranya dan nyoyot. Aaahh.. Sedap! Lepas tu sakit perut!

I have not been anywhere interesting lately. Hence the lack of photos to be uploaded here.
We went to Mummy (Roy's Mum) house on Saturday. I accompanied Rafiq playing ball at the porch because I was too lazy to bring him to the Kiara Park. 
Here are some candid pictures of him. Well, at least Rafiq had a great fun.

Royal London Circus - Dataran Carpark 1Utama
|
|
Malaysian enjoyed a long weekend holiday from Sat. 01 May 04– Tue, 04 May 04 as public holidays were on Sat, Sun and Monday.
We went to see Royal London Circus on Monday night (3 May 04). Brilliant performance! Raziq and Rafiq were especially thrilled as this was their first circus experience.
We really enjoyed the 2 1/2 hrs show, even though our seating was a bit far from the ring and blocked by the tent beams. It was a great family outing.

Fiz's Microwave Bread and Butter Pudding

Yesterday, my brother-in-law and wife called and said that they were coming over for afternoon tea. So I quickly made some Bread and Butter Pudding and served with hot custard.
It turned out quite nice.
Bread and Butter Pudding
10 slices bread
400ml full cream milk
60g butter, melted
80g brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
chopped golden raisins
almond flakes
Directions
1. Cut the crust from the bread. If you like the crust, then don't bother cutting it.
2. Cut the bread to whatever shape you like - triangle, square, rectangle or even circles.
3. Place and arrange the bread in a baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins and almond flakes.
4. On low fire, melt the butter. Add in the brown sugar, stir until they blend together. Turn off the fire.
Pour in the milk and then the beaten egg. You may just stir or beat the mixture until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture over the bread. Let them soak for about 5 minutes.
6. Bake in the microware oven on Bake/Grill mode for about 25-30 minutes or until set.
7. The pudding should be a bit moist. Serve it with hot custard.
8. Indulge!
P/S: Sebenarnya saya buat tak pakai measurement pun. Pakai agak-agak saja. Nak moist, lebihkan susu. Nak manis lebihkan gula.
Jadi, cuba ya!

I have a few collections of "thingies" that decorated my office desktop. The assemble change every now and then. I first started with the wombat and koala. Then the kangroo, platypus, dolphin and Maplefoot Babies joined in, gifts from my family and friends.
As for the toys:
Ultraman - I found it inside my handbag one day in the office. That must be Raziq's work.
Snoopy and Transfomers- free McD toys. Funny that most of the time when I eat alone either in McD or KFC, I will order a Happy Meal(HM) so I will get the free toy to keep. Whenever I have two in hand, I'll give each to the boys. I will also do the same when we eat out together. One HM for Raziq and one HM for me. This way both boys will have a toy, without buying extra meal. Hemm.. a mother's sacrifice?? Anyway, I really fancy those two Snoopies and Transformers that I decided to keep them for myself. Raziq and Rafiq have a lot more toys at home.
R2-D2 and Darth Vader - came free with Nestle Cereals. Darth Vader is so sexy!
Traditional, pure, Greek Olive Oil Soap - a gift from a friend who visit Greece. She also gave me the Maplefoot Babies from her Canada visit. She is going to Perth soon. Hemm, should I ask her to get me something then?
So here they are. Tell me which one you like best.
